With his unwavering dedication to authenticity and deep exploration of regional cucina, Guy draws from years of travel, study, and lived experience, to showcase the beauty and soul of Italy's regions.

This intimate dinner unfolds from north to south—beginning in Verona, moving through the timeless heart of Rome, down to the sun-soaked fields of Puglia, and finally the vibrant shores of Sicily. 

Guy will guide guests through these regions, sharing stories and insights that highlight the ingredients, traditions and cultural and culinary significance of each dish. It is an invitation to understand Italy beyond the familiar, and to connect with the essence of its diverse food heritage which is reflected in the food experience of Bar Bianco.
